OneAwareness Meditation is a surprisingly simple, yet profound meditation technique, that

naturally guides the mind past our thoughts, to that quiet place that we all have within us.


At this quieter level of our self, we start to remember our own sense of calm, peace, joy and fulfillment.

With regular practice of dipping into this internal well of silence, we naturally bring these back into our daily lives.


As a side benefit, this connection to silence helps to dissolve stress,

and bring balance, clarity and healing to all areas of our life


It is a mantra-based meditation from the ancient Vedic wisdom of India,

that has been simplified for modern living.

Why a Mantra?

Most people say - “I can’t meditate, I have too many thoughts!”


Mantra means "mind vehicle" and is a powerful vibrational sound that guides the mind to quieter and quieter levels of awareness. We call the mantra a "centering sound".


It gives the mind a focus beyond our everyday constant thoughts, so that we don't have to try to "control" our thoughts, or "empty our minds".


Instead we are guided easily and effortlessly to experience the stillness and silence that is already waiting for us inside.


It is surprisingly simple to learn and to practice every day.

We discuss deeper knowledge of meditation, and how to create a transformational daily meditation practice for your daily life.


You are given more personal instruction and have a chance to ask any questions about meditation.
